a new standard for regenerative, plant-based farming

We’ve partnered with Little Logan’s Farm in Gardiner, NY, the first Biocyclic Vegan–certified farm in the U.S., to help raise awareness in Wine Country around this plant-based approach to soil health and regenerative agriculture. The Biocyclic Vegan certification combines organic practices with a fully plant-based system, supporting healthier soils, cleaner water, and truly animal-friendly farming through methods like cover crops, plant composts, and thoughtful crop rotations.

Why Choose Biocyclic Vegan Certification?

#1 Soil health without animal inputs: Instead of relying on manure, fish, or bone meal, biocyclic vegan farming enriches the soil using green manures, composted plant materials, cover crops, and crop rotation. This creates fertile, living soils that sustain productivity for generations to come.

#2 Better for the planet: By eliminating livestock-derived fertilizers, farms dramatically reduce greenhouse gas emissions, land use, and water pollution, helping tackle climate change while restoring ecosystems.

#3 Animal-friendly by design: No animal exploitation or byproducts are involved at any stage of production. Biocyclic vegan farming supports a food system where plants thrive without harm.

#4 Consumer trust & market growth: More people are seeking food that aligns with their values, organic, sustainable, and vegan. Certification makes your commitment clear, opening doors to new customers, export opportunities, and a rapidly growing global market.
